This proposal is valid for 3 days from the date of issue.
2. Taxes
Taxes are applicable as per the prevailing rates.
An additional GST @ 18% will be charged extra.
3. Prices
All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR).
The prices provided are for the entire Bill of Material (BOM) and are not applicable for part orders.
Any changes in the Quantity as per Bill of Quantity (BOQ) may affect the prices, which are subject to escalation.
4. Payment
90% payment is required in advance against a confirmed purchase order.
The remaining 10% is payable after the installation, configuration, commissioning of the material, and site handover.
5. Delivery
Delivery for the whole project will be based on project needs and requirements.
Efforts will be made to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Under normal circumstances, a delivery schedule of 4-6 weeks will be maintained.
For product-related deliveries that are time-consuming, the delivery schedule may extend to 6-8 weeks or more.
6. Warranty
All products come with a warranty of 13 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the date of site handover, whichever is lower.
This warranty excludes consumables and parts that may be damaged due to normal wear and tear or physical damage.
7. Scope of Work
The scope of work includes delivery, installation guidance, configuration, and commissioning of the given BOM within the defined schedule.
Any extra work requested by the customer will be considered an extension of work and requires a separate purchase order.
8. Installation Charges
Installation charges are 10% of the total BOQ or as per the given sheet, whichever is higher (taxes as applicable).
9. Shipping & Customs Charges
Shipping and customs charges are applicable extra as per actuals at the time of delivery.
10. Exclusion of Scope
Tax, shipping & customs charges, all electrical, carpentry, and civil-related work are excluded from our scope of work.
We do not undertake any architectural work.
The designated project in-charge appointed by the customer will be responsible for seamless services from all other stakeholder agencies, as per the requirement.
